"Practice Is Everything" is sometimes incorrectly quoted as "practice makes perfect." Either way you say it says a lot! As I often tell my piano students, the only way to improve their piano playing ability is to practice. It is sometimes a chore and sometimes seems impossibly frustrating. It is something that takes time, patience, and dedication. But, if done with integrity, practice can have tremendous rewards. How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice, practice, practice! True, not every student will make it to Carnegie Hall, but music is most often best enjoyed in the home and in daily life. If you listen closely, music is everywhere.
